"Largely self taught Russell has a love of drawing and painting. These days he divides his creative time between drawing and working as an artisan jeweller. 

As the years have progressed his focus has come back to draughtsmanship and working in pen & ink to create contemporary works with a flavour of the past.

His work is in large taken from imagination rather than real life studies”.
